Stephanie is the founder of Country Lane Productions, which focuses on bringing extraordinary stories about women center-stage. Earlier she owned a consulting practice focused on inclusion; oversaw LPAC, a political organization that supported and engaged LGBTQ women as a political force (it was while at LPAC that Stephanie had the idea for a play about Billie Jean King, who with Ilana Kloss supported the PAC); and was Managing Director of Out Leadership and its OutWomen initiative. Stephanie grew up professionally in media and communications, serving as President & Publisher of The New Republic; Publisher of Columbia Journalism Review; and senior marketing executive at The New Yorker, Newsweek and The Los Angeles Times. She also served as Marketing/Comms Director for indie film distributor DisruptiveLA.

Stephanie has a degree in English and Creative Writing from Stanford University; she and her wife have two daughters, and live in Princeton NJ.
